By joining our Data Analytics team, you will become the analytical referent for the Business teams and ensure the application of robust analysis methodologies. Also, your main missions will be the following:Driving the business performance of the leboncoin group:

• Support Business teams (Product, Business Development, Sales, Fraud) in decision-making, analyzing user behavior, and measuring the impact of different business developments.

Contributing to the development of the leboncoin Group:

• Conduct analyses from different data sources, and derive strategic recommendations for the Business teams on users, products, and services.
• Provide user knowledge about our different markets/features.
• Work closely with the Business teams to implement experiments and interpret the results.
• Support teams in defining relevant KPIs in line with their objectives and provide support for the implementation and operation of dashboards.
• Respond to issues raised by the Business teams, providing precise answers and actionable recommendations.
• Explore new uses of Data and conduct ad hoc analyses to identify growth levers for the leboncoin group.

Monitoring:

• Monitor new trends in data analysis tools and participate in the development of team best practices.

Beyond these missions, you will promote and disseminate the Data culture within the company.Qualifications:

• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• You have a real business culture and you are able to provide relevant recommendations.
• You have a very good knowledge of SQL & Python.
• Analytical and synthesis skills.
• Autonomy and rigor.
• Curious and proactive.
• Attentive to sharing and team progress.
• Experience with data visualization tools (ideally Tableau) would be appreciated.
• Fluent English.
