Ideally, this position is based in the Bramble Ski Group Head Office in Le Châble (close to Verbier) in Switzerland with flexible remote if you live in Lausanne or Genève. The working language of the office is English, knowledge or fluency of French would be beneficial.

Under Le Collectionist Head of Finance and the Switzerland CFO, you will be part of the Bramble Ski finance team, your main responsibilities will be to participate in the various missions of management control, primarily for the Bramble Ski Group, and also those of the wider Le Collectionist Group; producing regular reports using financial data, and working collaboratively across both groups to analyze business performance and strategy.

The detailed missions of your position will therefore be as follows:

• Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting and project support to senior management;
• Preparation of monthly accounts closure reports and preparation of P&L reports;
• Consolidation reports of the accounts with the integration of foreign subsidiaries;
• Responsible for the development of the budget and the business plan in line with the strategic plan;
• Coordination with the financial teams in the different offices;
• Analysis of variances, steering of margins by destination, cash flow monitoring;
• Support for M&A operations;
• Provide administrative, financial and operational reporting and support to the local finance team during certain operating periods where required; and
• Other analyst duties as necessary
Working with our soon to be recruited new data analyst the following missions will also be part of your role:
• Develop and implement processes;
• Develop and maintain the internal reporting tools;
• Animation of the KPI collection process from the different departments;
• Development of dashboards and analysis of relevant data;

Through these various missions, you will collaborate with different teams in France, Austria and Switzerland.

• You have a business school or university degree in economics or finance;
• You have an experience in audit or financial controlling;
• You have an interest in the world of travel & snow sports;
• You will be able to work independently and take initiative;
• You have the ability to analyze and synthesize information;
• You have good interpersonal skills;
• You have a good command of Excel;
