The position

Job description

Role and Responsibilities 🏃‍♀️🏃

  • You will be involved from discovery to production on our different interfaces with our various users (Teachers/Students/Administrators).
  • You will work closely with Product Managers on the discovery i.e finding the best problem to solve and prototype solutions.
  • You will ensure perfect implementation with the engineering team (i.e detailed design specs, design review, and regular communication)

Preferred experience

Requirements 💪

  • You already have a significant experience of 2/3 years as a Product Designer.
  • You have experience working with a Product Manager and with developers.
  • You like to carry out UX research missions (Interviews, Personas, user tests…) in a partnership or on your own.
  • You are able to bring your creations to life with prototypes.
  • You have a strong design culture: you love your job and you regularly monitor the latest developments in your field, perfect your knowledge and share it with others.
  • You are creative, you like simple, elegant interfaces that respect accessibility guide, and readability to adapt to each user.
  • You know how to create a solid Design System in order to improve the global coherence of our product and increase the efficiency of the developers’ work (Style guide, components library, design principles, visual identity).
  • You are able to justify and explain your choices to the different stakeholders and you like to get feedback and can take it into account to improve your work.
  • You are fluent in English.
