As a member of the Product team, you will be a key player in the development of Lalalab’s activity. You will be part of a team whose everyday’s mission says it all : “spread joy by printing and delivering great moments directly from your smartphone straight to your door”.

As our first QA Manager, you will be at the heart of our User Experience strategy.
Your key responsibilities will include :

• Establishing new testing processes across our iOS, Android and Web platforms to improve bug tracking systems and case management testing.
• Assisting Product Owners and Designers to identify use cases and write test plans for all our new projects
• Executing tests for each sprint and make sure all critical issues are caught before they affect the user experience
• Collaborating with support team to identify problems & communicate them clearly to the Product Team in an Agile environment
• Managing bugs backlog, following corrections and communicating them to the whole team
• Analyzing data in order to identify ways of improvement in our testing strategy
• Developing tests automations using the right tools

• 3 years of experience in a QA team
• Capacity to analyze data, identify problems, create and review processes and implement solutions rapidly
• A strong communicator capable of coordinating information across multiple teams (design, development team, product owners, marketing team…)
• Previous experience in the mobile app industry
• Fluent in English
