Job description

We can summarize your missions in 3 main objectives:

You will learn how to follow projects and their governance, animate an IT community, do change management, evolved in a complex environment and you will get a good understanding of the organization, functioning of an IS and Tech Department.

IF YOU WANT TO GO FURTHER IN DETAILS, THIS IS WHAT YOU COULD EXPECT TO DO

  • Collect and report the progress of the EMEA Infrastructure projects / Programs (Review of planning, timesheets, capacity planning and project risks)
  • Participate in the Governance Committees of the team and other Portfolio Management activities.
  • Follow up of the evolution the EMEA Infrastructure Portfolio
  • Build and Monitor tools and Governance checkpoints to ensure the Portfolio Data Quality project management/ reporting tools.
  • Communicate on the new processes and governance authorities in the infrastructure team
  • Preparing the governance bodies and reports
  • Define and implement a communication plan for project teams.

Preferred experience

Requirements:

  • BAC+4 or BAC +5 from an engineering or business school
  • English is mandatory

Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to have experience in:

  • IT Background, Infrastructure is a complex environment that need some IT knowledge
  • Manage Pack office (PowerPoint and Excel mandatory), needed for PMO position to manage budget and projects files.

And finally, you may not be an expert with all requirements listed below, however, you must show great curiosity in understanding the non-mastered technologies like: ITSM Tool (ServiceNow…) and Power BI.
