As a Finance Functional Junior Consultant, you will report directly to the Manager of Compass run team. The Group Finance Planning & Analysis Solution COMPASS is the worldwide application used by all controllers at L’Oréal to build actual analysis, budget and Trend simulation and make the consolidation for the group. Compass holds a P&L by products, by customers, by boutiques and by budgetary natures. Compass is built on IBM Analytics technologies: Cognos Analytics & Planning. The Finance FP&A solution Team aims at maintaining and developing solutions to support group finance activities including the integration of new management processes (forecast, boutique P&L, sell-out, online shift…). We are part of the Finance transformation department. Compass run team is in charge of the daily activities and especially of the interactions with the 2000 controllers of the Group. Compass run team is a young, motivated, and international team.

Here’s how you will have a role to play in this team:

• Provide support on COMPASS to the controllers
• Analyze root causes of incidents and propose appropriate action plans
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the solution by developing the documentation, analyzing the recurring issues, designing the appropriate solutions, performing functional tests
• Manage projects to optimize the efficiency of the team: Participate to the definition of the process and solutions

The skills/experience that you will need to make an impact:

• First experience in Finance domain (controlling, accounting)
• Master’s degree in Finance, management
• Strong interest in both Finance processes and information systems
• Experience on multidimensional FP&A solutions or other Finance systems is a plus
• Fluent French and English
