Kyriba is seeking a talented QA Architect to join our team of more than 150 engineers  working together to bring innovative solutions to Kyriba clients around the globe. We are a team of passionate people motivated by agility, innovation and continuous improvement.

As a Leader in the Software Quality and Release Management organisation, you will be in charge of the overall Functional software quality strategy of Kyriba. Success in this position requires a team player with a strong horizontal and influential skills and a solid understanding of the best practices for quality software, testing of critical enterprise applications in SaaS environment. He or she will be working in tight collaboration with engineering and product managers, who works actively within an agile methodology. Ideal candidate is a passionate and a curious about the latest technologies, individual who embraces working in a multicultural and international environment.

Key responsibilities and duties:

  • Contribute information and analysis to the strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; determine system improvements; implement change.

  • Design and develop product testing/quality processes, ensure a team review of defects in assessing product quality, and facilitate the review of applications for testing needs and requirements/design quality.

  • Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends

  • Provide advanced technical expertise and mentor to the quality assurance teams

  • Implement quality assurance process improvements across the organization.

  • Provide advice to senior management on quality assurance advancements, and make strategic methodology and development recommendations.

  • Accomplish quality assurance human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training employees; enforcing policies and procedures.

  • Analyze new and emerging trends in quality assurance architecture, evaluate alternatives, and complete feasibility studies.

  • Maintain appropriate professional designations and up-to-date knowledge of current information technology techniques and tools.

    Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology

  • At least 5 year in testing

  • Proven expertise in test strategy, test gap analysis, Regression and coverage strategy, System and solution testing

  • In-depth knowledge in testing and quality assurance techniques and methodologies

  • Proven work experience in testing processes implementation and improvement

  • Good understanding of SDLC

  • Good understanding of Agile, Scrum and Scaled Scrum frameworks

  • Experience with BDD and TDD methodologies

  • Experience in testing automation implementation on project

  • Good understanding different approaches to testing automation

  • Experience in test management and defect management tools usage and administration

  • Excellent technical skills

  • Hands on in testing the products, test tools, etc.

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Proven leadership skills

  • Proven planning and organisation skills

  • Proven problem-solving skills

  • Fluent english is must

    • Nice to have qualifications:

  • ISTQB Advanced level certification (Test Manager or Test Analyst)

  • Experience with risk based testing, security testing

  • Experience with Data Driven Testing (DDT)

  • Experience in fintech projects
