Kyriba is seeking a talented NetSuite Administrator to join our global finance operations team. The NetSuite Administrator will have the unique opportunity to join the organization at a pivotal time, during our NetSuite implementation. The candidate will be a core member of the project team and is expected to utilize prior experience to implement best practices and ensure the optimal use of NetSuite systems.
Post implementation, as the NetSuite Administrator you are responsible for managing NetSuite, optimizing NetSuite for business needs, and ensure that NetSuite functionality is optimized to meet the evolving needs of the business and users are fully equipped with the training and knowledge to effectively work with the NetSuite environment and integrated 3rd party systems. The NetSuite Administrator will partner with the functional resources to manage the development of new system functionality, upgrades, system modifications, and day-to-day issue analysis, tracking, and resolution. Key to success in this position is the ability to build partnerships within the business, understand their needs and drive continuous improvements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Work closely with NetSuite implementation partners and ensure all installations, upgrades and integrations perform correctlyMaintain user access and roles, ensuring appropriate segregation of dutiesActive participation in UAT for system changesAssist the Finance department with data analysis, reporting needs, and support their optimized use of NetSuiteCompetent understanding of saved search functionality and customizationPerform functional configuration, system maintenance, and business process testing for ongoing NetSuite projects and improvementsPerform coordination of system configurations between NetSuite and other third-party systems (i.e. Salesforce, Avalara, Kyriba and OpenAir)Troubleshoot problems including system interface/integration issuesSupport all end user requests and provide issue resolution for NetSuite internal usersPlan, review, and revise configurations and customizations of NetSuite as needed to meet the ever-changing needs of the business.Communicate cross functionally and develop long-term, sustainable technical solutions to satisfy requirements.Document user requirements to support development projectsUnderstanding of NetSuite workflows, automation and SuiteScriptsTrain new hires for all departments and proactively communicate changes resulting from NetSuite updatesWork closely with business partners, internal stakeholders, and product development to ensure we are meeting their expectations in service deliveryBe a business-minded thought leader; driving development requirements towards best practice and industry standardsEducation, Experience and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (IS, IT business, Computer Science and/or Accounting)Minimum of 2 years overall experience with at least 1 year experience with NetSuite ERP administration, configuration, and development in complex business environmentsExperience with NetSuite Multi-bookExperience working with NetSuite reportingExperience creating dashboards and custom workflows in NetSuiteKnowledge of best practices in roles, permissions, custom objects, scripting, workflows, reports, and dashboards.NetSuite Certification (Administrator, ERP Consultant or SuiteFoundation) is a plusExperience supporting core financial processes (P2P, O2C, R2R) and solutioningDemonstrated ability and motivation to work collaboratively across regions and functions, as well as working independently with minimal oversightTolerant of change!
