Role:

Kyriba Working Capital Solutions is expanding very fast and adding major banks and corporates to its platform. We already have a market leading Payables Finance platform (SCF & Dynamic discounting) and have made strong inroads with banks and corporates. To continue building on this success, Kyriba is now also looking to launch a new Receivables Finance module that would service both corporate and bank customers.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with extensive client facing and structuring experience in the Working capital space to work with the sales and product teams to structure and close deals with new corporates and manage the relationships with existing WC customers to deepen the working capital relationship with them and generate more revenues from the account.

The candidate, Working Capital Portfolio Manager will be responsible for working with the sales teams to identify client opportunities and lead the structuring of working capital solutions (both payables and receivables finance) with customers using the Kyriba Working Capital product set. In addition, they will manage existing relationships to deepen the penetration of the product.

You will lead dialogues with customers and provide guidance, training and direction to the sales teams to upskill knowledge of working capital finance to enable them to better spot, identify and close opportunities for Kyriba.

You will partner with your product, business analyst and R&D teams to help define and develop product features and improvements in a SaaS software development environment.

You will work with clients to understand their business needs, drivers, and direction and feed this back into the product organisation to align initiatives appropriately into specific product release cycles.

To start with, the candidate shall cover the French market.

This role will report directly to the VP, Working capital.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the structuring of payables and receivables finance solutions with both sets of potential customers - banks and corporates.
  • Work closely with sales teams to improve opportunity identification, prospecting and closure of working capital solutions.
  • Manage the existing working capital accounts to deepen our relationship and grow revenues for Kyriba from these accounts.
  • Provide training/guidance to the wider organisation on working capital and positioning with clients.
  • Provide feedback from client engagements to help drive the requirements that will best meet client needs.
  • Work closely with the Product Marketing teams to define the internal and external marketing plan.
  • Monitor and analyze all the customer level metrics (KPIs) and define/execute actions to improve performance.
  • Animate client conferences and user clubs about how to better enhance the product.
  • Profile:

  • At least 10 years of experience in trade finance/working capital finance, either part of a bank of a fintech provider in a client facing role.
  • Meaningful working experience in SCF and Accounts Receivables finance and its different flavors (Factoring, invoice discounting, Receivables securitization, Supply chain finance), including their impact on clients’ key financials/ratings.
  • Effective and impactful communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Desire to work with teams in multiple countries, across time zones and develop strong relationships across functions within Kyriba.
  • You will be client focused, taking initiatives to delight them and build the best-in-class product.
  • Strong knowledge of ESG and its connections with supply chain management/financing a strong plus.
