Kyriba is looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual, to help its innovation team during a summer full of fun and challenges.

Role

Your mission will start with an almost full time involvement in the organization of the first Kyriba Open hackathon, which is done this year in partnership with VivaTech. Hereunder we have listed the main activities during this period and afterwards:

Project management :

  • Animate the Task force for the period of the 2022 hackathon (May/June)

  • Act as a right hand to Kyriba’s innovation lead on transversal activities: ideation, presentation decks, follow-up with internal stakeholders and external partners, etc around strategic for the company topics.

    • Innovation environment:

  • Help in structuring and maintaining Kyriba’s innovation portfolio, participate in the various innovation projects’ follow-up as needed

  • Participate in improving the project incubation process, with ideas and with implementing the novelties in the process

    • Innovation events:

  • Help build the events agenda linked to the 2022 hackathon (bootcamp, webinars, breakfasts). Assist the team in organizing those events.

  • Assist in defining and building the content (ideas, presentations etc.) of some of the events where needed.

    • Internal communication:

  • Liaise with the internal communications team in converting the external VivaTech communication pack into internal one.

  • Update regularly and maintain the internal hackathon site (including basic design work around visuals in line with the overall hackathon style)

  • Create and send regularly fun messages to the community to boost hackathon & events participation (using Slack, intranet, hackathon platform, e-mails and … a lot of emojis)

  • Contribute actively to issuing the monthly innovation newsletter and any innovation publications on the company intranet

    A business school student, you’re willing to explore virtually every aspect of the company’s experience (to maybe help you decide what you want to do later).
