Role:

Key responsibilities and duties:

As Director of Engineering, you will take the responsibility to lead the design, development and deployment of our Risk, Financial Transactions and FireApps teams. In this role you will work closely with our Product Management teams, your peers managing other engineering teams, our devops and architects. In this role, you main duties will be

  • build a quality organization by advising and attracting Engineering talent
  • manage your team and ensure the coaching and the proximity management
  • collaborate effectively with team members across multiple geographies.
  • actively participate in the definition of Kyriba's technological roadmap
  • make sure your teams are delivering against the agreed roadmap with your peers from product management
  • focusing on software quality
  • focusing on availability, resiliency, cost of deployment and run for the different modules you will manage
  • ensure the continuous improvement of existing processes, methodologies, technologies and practices

    • Profile:

  • Master’s degree in engineering
  • Minimum of 10 years of software engineering experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience
  • Driven individual with high level of commitment for excellence
  • Good DevOps Culture
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Working experience in an Agile environment
  • Desire to work with teams in multiple countries, across time zones
  • Ability to multi-task and identify project management problems and identify how solutions offered can resolve those problems.
