    Job description

    Based on Boston, be the immediate go-to person for your clients and build a strong trusting relationship within a dynamic team.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Ensure new users onboarding.
    • Manage customer’s requests (functional and technical support).
    • Make sure your clients receive appropriate ressources, advice and support whenever needed.
    • Track KPIs and follow users adoption and engagement.
    • Build and obtain customer loyalty and a grow your portfolio.
    • Ensure that the solution is easy to use.

    Preferred experience

    You have 3 to 5 years of experience on a similar position. Empathetic, solution-oriented, dynamic and stress-resistant personality. Ability to forge strong connections with sophisticated clients, to synthesize and to take initiative.
    You are attracted by new technologies and education. You are self-organized, meticulous, and curious.
    A strong command of a Spanish and/or second language would be advantageous.
