The position

Job description

As a Product Growth Manager under Head of Product management, you’ll combine your strategic mindset, data-driven approach, and growth hacking expertise to optimize our product offerings dedicated to Gamers and Animation prosumers. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze user behavior, and execute on product initiatives that enhance user engagement and drive business growth.

Preferred experience


  1. Product Strategy and Vision:

    • Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with our company’s goals on the Consumer vertical.

    • Work closely with the Head of Product to align product strategy with overall company vision (in particular the Business vertical).

    • Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.

  2. User-Centric Approach:

    • Understand user needs through research, data analysis, and user feedback.

    • Translate insights into actionable product features and improvements.

  3. Roadmap Planning and Execution:

    • Develop and maintain a consumer product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements.

    • Collaborate with product owners, engineering and marketing teams to execute on the roadmap.

  4. Growth Hacking and Experimentation:

    • Implement growth experiments to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement.

    • Optimize conversion funnels and user onboarding experiences.

  5. Performance Monitoring and Iteration:

    • Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) related to user growth and product success.

    • Iterate on features based on data-driven insights and user feedback.

  6. Team Leadership:

    • Manage 1 Product Owners (POs) that will specify features to develop for our Consumer vertical. 

    • Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the product team.


  • Experience: 5 years in product management in B2C environments preferably in the gaming industry.

  • Growth Mindset: Proven track record in growth hacking and driving user acquisition.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed proposals & decisions.

  • Collaborative Spirit: Work effectively with cross-functional teams in a start up environment.

  • Passion for Innovation: Stay updated on gaming industry trends and emerging related animation technologies.

Recruitment process

  • The first round is a 30 minutes fit interview with the Head of Product

  • The second round is an interview with a Senior engineer & a Product Owner

  • The third round is 2 hours meeting with the Head of Product

  • The last round is 30 minutes discussion with the CEO
