Full time - Permanent role - Based in Singapore
As Head of APAC Sales, you will report to our Global VP of Revenue and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Marketing teams to identify opportunities, and promote the value of working with Kiln.
Coordinate strategy and analysis to identify partnership opportunities and increase Kiln’s presence in APAC
Developing our sales processes and go-to-market strategies
Finding potential customers and closing sales
Participating in the definition of our products
Build an extensive Web3 and Institutional network and maintain meaningful relationships with existing and prospective partners
10+ years of total experience within technology & finance environments, as Sales Manager.
Experience establishing and maintaining healthy and productive relationships with C-levels
Experience in a blockchain or cryptocurrency company
Proven track record working around staked assets in a B2B environment
Strong ability to identify opportunities for Kiln to grow with potential customers
English native speaker
Native speaker in Mandarin and fluent in English & French
Fast-growing startup experience
Experience in digital asset financial services (custody, prime services, asset management)
