We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our fast-growing and dynamic team in Paris.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Working closely with our CTO and Head of People, you will be a key contributor to help us build our technical, Product and Ops team in order to support our growth and ambitious goals in terms of impact and revenue.

You will work on :

Talent Acquisition

  • Sourcing the most relevant profiles on dedicated platforms and networks by implementing innovative strategies to attract candidates (Europe, USA, APAC),
  • Acting as a business partner to train, accompany and advise hiring managers on all talent
    acquisition initiatives,
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process,
  • Animating your Tech community in order to generate a strong and motivated candidate pipeline,
  • Driving the campus strategy in order to have the most talented trainees, ready to be recruited,
  • Communicating through reports on the progress of recruitments and our performance,
  • Challenging the existing talent acquisition process and your management in a spirit of continuous improvement,

    • People & Culture 

  • Providing detailed and updated insights on Technical compensation and benefits,
  • Participating in the development of our employer brand from a Tech perspective,
  • Contributing to the development of a Technical career path and other engagement
    initiatives.


    • ABOUT YOU

    Who are you ? 

  • You have a proven experience in Tech recruitment or you are an Ex-Dev or Data engineer,
  • You know the best sourcing methods and you know how to find very well hidden profiles,
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to establish contact with over-solicited profiles on a daily basis,
  • You are organized and know how to manage several processes in a masterly way
  • You are curious about the tech world, and like to hang out on the famous tech plateforms like Github, stack over flow etc.
  • You are a high-energy doer, quick thinker, and an excellent team player,
  • you have an experience in a mutli-cultural environment and understand international diversity,
  • You understand the importance and criticity of Talent acquisition activities for a sustainable company growth.
