Job description

We are seeking an outstanding Business Intern who combines superb communication and analytical capabilities skills with a demonstrated ability to get the right things done quickly and effectively.

Perfect candidates combines technical, communication, and analytical capabilities and will have the opportunity to design and develop creative, compelling, and cutting-edge materials that support our mission.

Key responsibilities:

Business Operations - help us close clients:

  • Support the Sales team (Top Management and Account Executives) with ad-hoc data and market analysis as well as sales materials (briefs, presentations) that can be consumed rapidly by decision makers
  • Work with executive and management teams to help identify and specify significant process and system automation & optimization.
  • Ensure smooth collaboration, tight cross functional alignment and consistency of operations with all Kili Business teams
  • Work with cross functional teams to implement such improvements in the organization

Sales enablement - help us build the best company internal shareable knowledge:

  • Partner with Kili’s sales leadership to identify team-specific enablement priorities quickly design, deliver, and measure enablement
  • Work with Product & Tech teams to translate technical product concepts and connect them to business needs/value
  • Work with Product & Tech to build a library of demos, demo scripts, talking points on common questions BDRs and Account Executives receive, objection handling guides, playbooks on the sales process etc.
  • Devise a process and be accountable for ensuring these are exhaustive
  • Autonomously drive forward at a fast pace while demonstrating diplomacy, and cross-functional collaborative skills

Preferred experience

Preferred experience:

  • Comfortable autonomously managing a large body of work with attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English and in French
  • Experience in copywriting and/or storytelling
  • Higher education degree, from a top-tier business or engineering school
  • Experience in a client-facing role (Consulting, Investment Banking, etc.) is a plus
