    Job description

    Our marketing team is growing in all countries! We are looking for a Global Lead Generation Manager / Growth Marketer (M/F).

    Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will be in charge of our lead acquisition, and nurturing strategy. You will work hand in hand with the Marketing teams in France, North America, Germany, Nordics and Italy to boost lead generation and optimize lead management with our sales teams. You will also be responsible for our website back office and developments, in collaboration with our web agency.

    In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

    Traffic & Lead generation

    • Boosting our traffic and lead generation strategy leveraging ABM, SEM (SEO, SEA), Social Ads and Retargeting,
    • Implementing inbound marketing campaigns and monitor to optimize ROI,
    • Optimizing the conversion rate on the website, landing pages and blog

    Lead management

    • Managing lead scoring (MQL, SQL) and optimizing nurturing campaigns and engagement scenarios to boost qualified leads.
    • Building marketing automation campaigns and follow-up to optimise ROI
    • Monitoring our Marketing Automation (Hubspot) and CRM (Pipedrive) tools,
    • Developing actionable reports and key metrics dashboards,
    • Analyze and share best opportunities to our sales and partnerships teams.

    Website back office and development

    • Managing our website back office and related developments with our web agency,
    • Working closely with our graphic designer and web developers to refresh and build new converting website pages.

    Preferred experience

    This position may be a good fit if you…

    • Have a Master level and a 3- to 5-year lead gen and nurturing experience on similar assignments within a B2B Saas,
    • Are familiar with CRM/Marketing Automation platforms (Hubspot, Pipedrive, Zapier) and analytical tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, SimilarWeb),
    • Have basic skills in HTML and CSS (Great bonus points),
    • Love interpreting data to make informed decisions,
    • Are autonomous, organised, rigorous, have a logical mindset, but also curious and willing to learn and share,
    • Value relationships and work cooperatively with others,
    • Aim to convert challenges into opportunities. “Agility” inspires you.
