ℹ️ Job description:
Jus Mundi is looking for a Legal Intern or Legal Apprentice to join the Legal team, for a 6-month internship or an apprenticeship. You will join a multicultural, dynamic team where collaboration is key.

⚡ Your missions
As a member of the Legal team you will assist with:

  • Legal analysis and drafting legal memoranda in French and English related to IP, data protection, and other matters as they arise,
  • Drafting of legal documents (confidentiality agreements, notices, authorizations, cease & desist, etc.), as well as legal acts in connection with the governance of the company,
  • Performing legal and administrative formalities pertaining to the business of Jus Mundi,
  • Implementing the compliance program related to GDPR and other applicable data protection laws,
  • Conducting legal watch and research on applicable law and regulations, upcoming legislation, and/or case law,
  • Contributing to the management of the company intellectual property portfolio,
  • Preparing newsletters, reports, and presentations as required.

💼 Preferred experience:

  • A first experience in a law firm and/or in the legal department of a company is an advantage,
  • Master 2 in Law, with a specialization in new technologies / intellectual property,
  • Sound knowledge of the French Data Protection Act and the European Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (GDPR).

  • Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken),
  • Knowledge of other languages is a plus,
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you are a team player!
