Job description

Today we have two main products:

Legal Research in International Law: Democratize access to international legal resources.

Jus Connect: a legal professional network to democratize access to visibility and data-driven profiles for legal professionals to empower their professional success.

You’ll define & lead the acquisition strategy alongside the head of marketing.

The head of acquisition role at Jus Mundi is crucial since 70% of traffic is organic (thanks to our open access) so we are a high-volume site requiring technical acquisition strategies.

We want to unlock the full potential of our SEO & base our acquisition strategies around it given the high volume of visitors. The potential is pretty incredible 🤘

What you’ll do at Jus Mundi

SEO:

  • Optimize SEO on a daily basis on Jus Mundi to improve our SEO
  • Website optimization & technical implementations like index-management, monitoring logs, crawls, internal linking to support SEO;
  • Discover SEO keyword & backlinks opportunities. Implement audience targeting strategy, build-out SEO content roadmap, establish processes, work with content marketing, execute on short term/long term plans.
  • Monitor SEO news and trends to stay ahead of the acquisition curve

Acquisition

  • Boost international inbound acquisition and steadily increase organic traffic through content with video, social, emails, etc.
  • improve the conversion rate to ensure traffic translates into quality leads. & user experience in both in the access to our services (product tours, presentation, etc.) and leverage our content on the blog (reports, articles, whitepapers).
  • Own the customer acquisition through Paid Social, SEO, PPC to drive inbound leads. Design CRM programs to ensure effective targeting and acquisition.
  • Tracking & managing the acquisition budget: determine the best allocation per channel, per country, per period.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team: Launch specific acquisition campaigns on all channels in order to target specific market audiences to support the sales team.

Monitoring

  • Set the metrics to measure channel effectiveness and optimize efforts to prioritize resources. Continually test and learn, recommend new channels, acquisition approaches, and A/B tests.
  • Create high-quality performance reports containing conversions, user behavior, ranking development, and build an action plan based on it.

Preferred experience

Must-haves:

  • 5 years of experience in international acquisition role in a fast-growing B2B Saas environment. Legal Tech experience is a plus.
  • SEO-focused traffic acquisition experience & knowledge of SEO tools (Search Console, Screaming Frog, ahrefs, Spyfu, Sistrix) and web analytic tools (Google Analytics, Google tag manager).
