ℹ️ Job Description
We are looking for an outstanding Chief of Staff to be our CEO’s right hand. This is a 360-degree role with the primary objective of driving the success of the company by managing its goals, priorities, and special strategic projects.

You will support our CEO on a daily basis, travel for business meetings, and provide him oversight and sound advice on the company.

This Paris-based position is a unique opportunity to evolve in the heart of a fast-growing startup.

Your Missions:

Be the CEO’s right hand by managing the company goals, culture and organization:

  • Managing an active calendar, coordinating internal and external meetings, preparing agendas, taking notes, and tracking follow-up action items.
  • Formalizing executive goals in a framework defined in collaboration with the CEO,
  • Keeping executives aligned to the goals,
  • Defining KPIs and keep teams regular updates,
  • Spreading the company’s culture and ensuring its liveliness,
  • Organizing our quarterly off-site events, “JM-Fest”, where the team meets, discusses its strategy, defines its objectives, and strengthens its culture,
  • Continuously improving the company’s organization and reporting structure to achieve the best possible performance.

Be the CEO extension in key operational matters:

  • Handling Executive Boards and other important meetings (coordinating internal and external meetings, preparing agendas, taking notes, and tracking follow-up action items),
  • Defining KPIs, gathering updates, and tracking company progress toward goals,
  • Sending investors updates and handling Board of Directors,
  • Supporting the CEO in his external communication (speeches, conference presentations, etc.).

Run Special Strategic Projects:

  • Handling the fundraising process (investment deck, business plan, targets plan, communication with investors, etc),
  • Conducting market research and strategic analysis (new ventures such as strategic partnerships, country launch, new business lines, M&A, etc.),
  • Providing support for the CEO’s initiatives

Preferred experience

💼  Preferred experience:
Must-haves:

  • 5+ years of experience in a fast-growing startup as Chief of Staff, Senior Executive Assistant, Founder Associate, or any C-level position; OR
  • Experience in venture capital, startup accelerator, or any startup environment as long as you’ve been involved in operations.
  • Bonus:
  • Experience or strong interest in the legal world
  • Experience in international organizations or international relations is also a plus.

  • You are a lover and master of data, KPIs, and other metrics!

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to lead change under pressure in a hyper-growing environment,
  • Excellent communication skills, you can interact with different personalities at all levels and worldwide, you are persuasive but also empathetic and open-minded.
