As Brand Content Manager, your main mission will be to develop this love brand through content creation and communications on all our touch points.
You will report to the CMO B2C.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Social media management: You will manage social media (Instagram, Facebook and TikTok) including content strategy and creation, and account management. Not following Joko will be something inconceivable.
- Emails and push notifications: You will manage all the communications sent to our users (content strategy, design, written content, communications calendar) and they will love it.
- App content management: You will be the owner of all our brands’ offers within the mobile and web apps (images, descriptions) and the way we promote them (in-app). People will spend hours on Joko thanks to you!
- Interface with our business team to build strong communications: You will be the bridge between B2B and B2C teams to promote the right merchants to the right users, at the right time, on the right channel.
- Blog posts: You will write our blog posts using our fields of expertise (shopping habits, product features, etc) and promote them everywhere it makes sense.
