Jellysmack is opening up a new role to lead our creative team of Community Managers within the Creator Program. You will be working closely with other managers from the Creator Program to ensure the continued success of the Creator Program:

  • Bring your voice and your ideas to a dynamic and large scale international operation
  • Implement new ideas and create strong workflow initiatives for Community Managers
  • Develop an expertise on social media that you can build on throughout your career

Your principal assignments will include:

  • Maintain the engagement of existing communities on Social Media pages managed by Jellysmack
  • Managing and coordinating a team of community managers
  • Ensure rigorous moderation on Creator content, spread across several Social Media platforms
  • Actively monitor social media to find the best content to post on Creator Pages.

Preferred experience

Profil

  • Previous experience in a management role
  • (1 - 2) years of experience as a Social Media manager or Community Management
  • Excellent level of English and French (both verbal and written)
  • Organized, hard-working with a strong work ethic
  • Are creative, curious, and flexible. You have strong communication skills and a good sense of humor
