As a Marketing Executive and Sales Intern, you work closely with the US Director, the Marketing Director and the Sales team, helping in every step/way to develop our business in the Americas.

You are responsible for all the tasks assigned to you. In terms of perspectives, you will receive extensive training so you can grow with the company.

Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Marketing

  • Create content for marketing and sales: new leads generation and partners.
  • Build and translate flyers.
  • Write posts for social media & set up an manage social media ads campaigns.
  • Edit photos and animations (basic photoshop, canvas, promo slidely).
  • Write Newsletters (text and management).
  • Set up and manage Adwords I Linked Ads campaign.
  • Prepare Events (research, organization campaigns).
  • Responsible for updating pages for the Website.
  • Award submission (text and management).

Sales

  • Prepare, book, and attend meetings with prospects.
  • Follow up sales leads.
  • Build sales proposals.
  • Analyze competitors/retail and merchandising industry.
  • Explore and attend tradeshows and networking events.
  • Maintain prospects database on CRM system.
  • Ensure consistency in sales materials between our 3 offices.
  • Identify potential new partners and manage related projects.

Preferred experience

What we are looking for:

Qualifications
• Education level: Bachelor’s degree required, recent graduates welcome.
• Detail-oriented and curious.
• Responsible, independent, positive and persistent.
• Must be fluent in English. French is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong computer skills (Office Pack, especially Excel and PowerPoint are essential, Photoshop is a plus).
• Ability to initiate new ideas and adapt easily.
• Previous work experience in a small tech company is a plus.
• Interest in retail and merchandising as well as new technologies.
