As a Channel Account Manager at IWD, you will be part of the Sales department.
You will be working in a transversal way with the sales, the marketing and the product department to contribute to the global growth of the company.
- You will support the CEO in structuring indirect sales activity
- You will be responsible for promoting our product, building partnership and animating our network
- You will contribute to increase the global revenue of the company
- You will be involved in the different step of the indirect sales process
Key responsibilities:
Contribute to structure indirect sales activity
- Target and explore potential partner and ressellers matching with our product (merchandising or design agencies, etc.)
- Set up a “indirect sales pack” to address potential resellers
Promote our product, build partnership and animate our network
- Maintain update our presentations and offer (by working with marketing team)
- Communicate changes to partners ans ressellers and ensure that they adopt them
- Redefine relationships with existing resellers
- Offer recurring revenue models to agencies that suffer from a lack of stockiness
- Define a rule set that works with our business model
Support our resellers in selling our product
- Provide custom-made and adapted tools to our resellers
- Train our potential resellers (tools demo, how to promote our product, first step helpdesk)
- Educate on how to implement contracts
Increase the global revenue of the company
- Target markets where we are not present
- Increase our position in existing markets
- Participate in the closing of deals
