INCO Academy is delivering its GREEN DIGITAL SKILLS COURSE in Thailand, Vietnam and South Korea to train over 2,000 jobseekers and increase their employability by equipping them with the powerful combination of tech and green expertise and skills.

We are looking for a Program Manager to manage the implementation and ongoing delivery of the Green Digital skills course in Thailand, Vietnam and South Korea.

The end goal of your work? Enabling the effective implementation of a training program for green skills that will create sustainable career growth opportunities for jobseekers across Asia, while ensuring partner satisfaction with the program.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations

  • Work towards programmatic goals across 3 countries.
  • Manage ongoing delivery of the Green Digital Skills course with management of one Project Coordinator and reporting to the Senior Program Manager.
  • Manage pool of course facilitators ensuring they are trained on course delivery, scheduled on courses and paid via invoicing.
  • With the Senior Program Manager, contribute towards establishing partnerships with technology companies and creating an employment program for those companies and learners of the course.
  • Source and manage partnerships with organizations and nonprofits in respective markets to deliver green skills training activities.
  • Structure, deliver and ensure smooth partnership management, including contracting & admin processes
  • Prioritize and deliver excellent customer experience to implementing partners to help them grow their impact, including onboarding and ongoing support to achieve student enrollment and graduation goals, along with support for placement opportunities.
  • Ideate and implement creative ways to enhance partnerships & program activity success (e.g. hosting virtual workshops and events, community-building sessions)
  • Manage course updates in Moodle, and with the Program Coordinator, be responsible for creating course cohorts, updating content, checking learner progress and ensuring features of the LMS are being maximized.
  • With the Senior Program Manager, create a system and process that will track learner progress towards the target number and create reports that will update INCO, partners and other agreed stakeholders.
  • With INCO Global Team, manage social media, Mailchimp and website for INCO Academy Asia to make updates and post news to those platforms regarding details of upcoming courses and good news stories. Work with our Global Community Manager on content creation.
  • Provide updates to the Senior Program Manager as required and agreed.

Growth

  • Scout new fundraising and partnership opportunities for new INCO Academy programs in respective markets.

YOUR SKILLS
Required

  • Demonstrated passion for social innovation, sustainable development, and/or Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
  • At least 4 years of relevant work experience in any of the following areas: partnerships, sustainability, non-profit management, account management, project management, client support, consulting
  • Relevant working experience in the following markets: APAC: South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam
  • Strong experience with Learning Management Systems, such as Moodle.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop synergistic relationships with a vast array of stakeholders: from C-level management to local volunteer coordinators
  • Ability & agility to thrive in a fast-paced business-minded startup environment: at INCO we do the work of a non-profit with the mindset of a startup. This means our team members have a willingness to roll up your sleeves, dive into creative problem-solving, and get in the weeds with our partners in order to hit programmatic targets
  • Open and adaptive mindset; able to work remotely, independently, and effectively in a geographically spread organization while ensuring clear & collaborative communications with your team through regular and transparent reporting
  • Solid command of productivity tools (e.g., Google Suite, Slack, Asana)
  • Solid proficiency in Excel, using advanced skills on a daily basis by creating trackers
  • Excellent written and verbal English; plus proficiency in your native language of Thai, Vietnamese or Korean.
  • Right to work in your respective location
    Preferred:
  • Some experience in virtual or offline workshop facilitation, or other event-related experience
  • Experience with EdTech/online learning platforms, such as Moodle
