⭐️ We need you ⭐️

As our Senior Technical Project Manager, you will manage interoperability projects with Medical Center Systems (EHRs) in Europe and North America

You’ll be responsible and accountable of all interoperability projects, from early prospective calls to final delivery, with a great autonomy.

You are also expected to gain in depth knowledge of business areas and their functions, and crosses divisional process to influence change and implement integrated solutions for the exchange of information with our customers (Medical Centers)

Identify what needs to be built

  • Build and nurture communication channels with your 3 main user types: care team (nurses and physicians) & Hospital IT Professionals
  • Coordinate and partner with Medical Centers IT Directors, to help refine their interoperability requirements
  • Participate in conferences and understand the interoperability requirements and regulations across the countries where Implicity Operates
  • Collect and analyze user feedback
  • Define and drive overall product vision, strategy and metrics for your Product Area, inspiring the team to build great products and address gaps in Implicity Data, aligned with company OKRs
  • Build a roadmap focusing on the right things, balancing short versus long term needs

Build the Product

  • Collaborate with the Tech team to
    . specify new features: user stories, wireframes or any other artifact that work for the team
    . prioritize and plan the backlog
    . ensure a high-quality implementation by testing and validating new features
  • Collaborate with the Data team to get relevant metrics and data
  • Support the Tech Lead with the scrum stand-ups, sprint progress, velocity, retrospectives, and status reports

Communicate on the product

  • Evangelize internally on the product vision, strategy and releases
  • Help Sales and Marketing to maintain and extend decks and other marketing material
  • Help Customer Success to maintain and extend training and other user material

Deliver the product

  • Plan and prioritize interoperability projects with internal and external stakeholders according to company strategy
  • Maintain frequent engagement with internal and external business partners to ensure effective level of communication between stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for interoperability implementations, including on-going communication with clients, vendors, and sales personnel
  • Act as communications lead and spokesperson for interoperability initiatives and develop communications strategies
  • Constantly seek to improve the productivity and timeliness of the deliveries

At Implicity, you will have a weekly meeting with your manager, the CTO, to help you succeed in your mission, and continuously improve you skills.
Each team works with quarterly OKR, to be crystal clear, fair and honest with your targets.
The annual appraisal is shared exchange moment, focused on your development.

Our Stack:

  • Methodology: Agile (Scrum) with 2 weeks sprint, followed by production releases
  • Languages: Typescript, Javascript, Nodejs, Nestjs, Angular 12 (+Python + Scala for Data Scientists)
  • Infrastructure: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes
  • BigData tools: Spark, Elastic Map Reduce, Glue
  • Brokers: RabbitMQ, Kafka
  • Database: MongoDB - Maria DB - PostgreSQL
  • CI / CD: Gitlab

  • You have experience with patient-centric product development for healthcare in a SaaS environment
  • You have experience with healthcare Interoperability systems and protocols in more than 1 country (ideally US and France)
  • You can translate you and your team’s knowledge & experience to use-cases and prioritized work
  • You take end-to-end responsibility for the product’s success
  • You’re fluent in French and English
