The position

Job description

⭐️ We need you ⭐️

Joining the Management Committee, you will report to the COO, and manage to following missions:

★ Strategy: define, budget, implement and steer the marketing strategy of the company (US and Europe) to build awareness about the company and its solutions among targeted audiences and generate business opportunities

★ Execution: build the marketing action plan with a 360° approach and ensure its proper execution

★ Public relations : represent the company at speaking opportunities and manage the relationship with PR agencies

★ KOL management: value our KOLs and nurture the relationship by associating them with marketing activities

★ Content marketing: create and supervise the production of marketing and sales materials

★ Lead generation: build a lead generation engine to feed the sales department with new business opportunities (from contact database consolidation to tracking through definition of inbound and outbound activities)

★ Events: select and organize the participation of the company in specialized events

★ Market Intelligence: conduct market intelligence analysis to best position the company and its solutions

Business trips: about 20% (events, KOL, French bureau).

To succeed in your mission, you will be helped by Delphine, Marketing & Communications Manager in France (+ 1 intern), and with a BDR Manager to be recruited.

At Implicity, you will have a weekly meeting with you’re the COO, to help you succeed in your mission, and continuously improve you skills.
Each team works with quarterly OKR, to be crystal clear, fair and honest with your targets.
The annual appraisal is shared exchange moment, focused on your development.

🥉 To be considered for this position, the following skills have to be obvious on your education / experiences:

  • 10 years or more of experience in a leading marketing role at a MedTech or Services company in the Cardiac Rhythm Management sector (strongly preferred)
    Or alternatively at a Healthcare company in the cardiology sector with knowledge of regulatory environment and how to convey marketing messages to effectively address a medical audience
  • Impact driven and track record in promoting Healthcare solutions to a medical audience
  • Successful people management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that you will use to be a key leadership figure and a company ambassador
  • Excellent writing skills

💰 Remuneration

  • For this full-time job, your fixed salary will be between 120 - 160K€ depending on your experience
  • 20% variable pay based on annual objectives
