Your mission is to lead the Data Science team to develop and deploy AI algorithms processing data from cardiac implants, enabling the company to become a global champion in detection and prediction of heart troubles.
Main Missions
Lead and challenge the Data Science vision at Implicity, in direct interaction with our Head of Data Engineering and our C.E.O
Manage a team of 7 Data Scientists, create an environment in which they can grow their skills
Deploy the models to production and monitor the performance, in collaboration with our Tech team and the Data Science team
Work on regulatory approval of algorithms (FDA and CE mark)
Inspire good coding practices within the Data Science team
Main projects
Finalize the development of Implicity’s first digital medical device for the U.S market
Make full use of the Health Data Hub in the aim of developing a first prototype enabling to design an algorithm dedicated to cardiac incidents prediction
[Your background]
You have a Master degree or a M.Sc. from an engineering school or a technological university, in link with research or applied mathematics
You have at least 3 years of experience leading and managing a Data Science team, in the development of cloud solutions on a large scale
You have a proven track record in the development of machine learning or deep learning algorithms
An experience in the field of digital medical devices would be a strong plus
