Vos missions :

En tant que graphiste chez iExec, vous nous aiderez à rendre chaque interaction avec notre marque mémorable et convaincante en créant des visuels pour engager notre communauté internationale et augmenter la notoriété de notre marque.

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les responsables de la communication, de l’événementiel et du design afin de créer des ressources visuelles pour soutenir notre stratégie de marketing et de communication et donner vie à notre marque sur tous les canaux web et print.

Ce poste vous correspond si vous êtes un créatif à la recherche d’un rôle de contributeur important et que vous êtes prêt à faire le grand saut du Web3. 

Une expérience préalable dans le domaine de la crypto, de la blockchain ou du Web3 n’est pas nécessaire. En revanche, ce rôle exige une solide compréhension de la stratégie et de l’identité visuelle  de la marque et une attention aux détails.

Vos responsabilités Graphic Designer :

• Concevoir des mises en page et des images pour les médias sociaux et les communications d’entreprise; 
• Concevoir des éléments pour le marketing numérique (bannières, posts, PDF, fonds, graphiques web, etc.) ainsi que pour le marketing imprimé (dépliants, stands de conférence, roll-ups, cartes de visite, etc.); 
• Créer des diagrammes, des infographies et des images pour faciliter la compréhension de notre technologie ;
• Concevoir des présentations pour des publics externes et internes ; 
• Travailler avec nos différentes équipes afin de fournir les meilleures solutions pour nos projets ; 
• Vous travaillerez également avec la responsable Design et la responsable de la communication sur des campagnes multicanaux et des templates design, en prenant part au développement d’une stratégie visuelle cohérente et impactante. 
• Vous serez proactif et flexible, et toujours à l’affût des nouvelles tendances visuelles ;
• Optionnel : si vous avez des compétences en motion design, vous créerez des animations pour nos publications, nos campagnes de communication et nos sites web.

Profil recherché :

• 3 ans d’expérience minimum en graphisme / design / communication visuelle.
• Un portfolio qui démontre d’excellentes compétences en design et créations graphiques
• Etre capable d’allier rigueur et créativité dans vos productions, avec une approche pixel perfect et dans le respect de la cohérence de la marque.
• Vous avez un sens aigu de la communication.
• Expérience de travail au sein d’équipes pluridisciplinaires
• Expérience du travail en autonomie et avec des deadlines
• Vous maîtrisez Adobe CC : inDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, et c’est un plus si  vous avez de solides compétences After Effects.
• Connaissance de Figma, Jira, Wordpress.
• Intérêt pour le Web3 / Blockchain / Crypto
• Vous parlez couramment français et anglais.

Within the framework of a 12-month fixed-term contract, iExec is looking for a Graphic Designer

The role :
As a Graphic Designer at iExec, you’ll help us make every interaction with our brand memorable and compelling by creating graphics and visual assets to engage our global, diverse user base and expand our brand notoriety. You’ll work closely with the communication, events & design leads on creating our visual assets to support our marketing & communication strategy and help bring our brand to life across all channels, web and print. 
This role fits you well if you’re a craftsperson looking for an impactful contributor role and are ready to take the plunge into Web3. Prior experience working in crypto, blockchain, or Web3 is not required. This role does require a strong understanding of brand design and attention to detail.

Graphic Designer responsabilities

• Design layouts, images for social media and corporate communications 
• Design assets for digital marketing (banners, posts, PDFs, backgrounds, web graphics, etc) as well as print marketing (flyers, conference stands, roll-ups, business cards etc)
• Create diagrams, infographics and images to help develop the understanding of our tech
• Design presentation layouts for external and internal audiences 
• Work with our business, product, and internal teams to deliver the best solutions for our projects
• You will also work with the design lead & communication lead on multi channel campaigns and global toolkits, developing the core creative to have full impact on our channels
• Be proactive and flexible, and always on the lookout for new visual trends
• Optional: if you’re skilled in Motion Design, creating animated assets for our socials posts, campaigns and websites

Required Qualifications :

Ideally, you’ll have:

• 3+ years of experience in graphic / brand / visual design
• A portfolio that demonstrates excellent visual design skills
• An eye for pixel perfect designs following the basic design rules and maintaining brand consistency at the same time
• Strong creative thinking and communication skills
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
• Experience in working autonomously & with deadlines
• Proficient in Adobe CC (inDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, & even better if you have strong skills in After Effects)
• Extra points if you have knowledge of Figma, Jira, Wordpress
• Interest in Web3 / Blockchain / Crypto
• Fluent in French & English
