 Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations you will be responsible for :

  •  [Project] Define, Design, Develop and Deploy Salesforce projects and integration with third party system.
  • [Management] Supervision of a Salesforce administrator.
  •  [Run] Analyze and correct errors. Deploy patch packages from a test environment. Maintaining a scalable configuration.
  • [Data] Create, Manage, clean and organize data.
  • [Support] Advise and support the internal users of the Salesforce solution in their daily work.

The solution is now deployed in several countries and departments of the company, for a total of 250 users. The entire sales cycle is on Salesforce, from lead generation to opportunity to onboarding and upsell.

The missions in detail:

  • Define Salesforce roadmap
  • Analysis and translation of the needs of internal users (implementation projects, improvements, support). Challenge these needs to obtain the best solution.
  • Integration of implementation projects.
  • Optimization and performance of already implemented processes and objects.
  • Facilitation of workshops, awareness-raising and training activities.
  • Configuration and customization of the Salesforce tool.
  • Mass data loading (extract, transform and load).
  • Bring expertise on the technical aspects including data model and architecture. choices to allow a scalable solution (knowing tooling limitations as the API, CPU, limits rate, impact on pre-processing in Tableau).

Preferred experience

  • Engineering school, business school or university degree. You have at least 5 years’ experience on Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud (BtoB projects).
  • At least one Consultant Certification, as an “Sales Consultant”.
  • You are comfortable with the customer sales cycle, from the lead generation until the Renewal. At least one Salesforce experience for each actor in the sales cycle: 
  1.  Lead Generation, Lead Management and Account Based 
  2.  Acquisition and Opportunity Management 
  3.  Customer Success Management o Additional teams involved in Sales 
  4.  Account Management 
  • You are comfortable with all levels of operations ecosystem : Strategy, Business, Tools and Data. 
  • Experience as a product owner (gather needs from the teams, know the best in class salesforce features or appexchange components, propose a clear roadmap).
  • Great organization skills (prioritization of tasks, agile way of working) 
  •  You able to show autonomy and be proactive in situations where things get stuck. 
  • Strong data appetency.
