The Marketing Team is looking for a passionate marketer to lead our French Customer Marketing Programme. Our Marketing teams across the globe are some of our fastest-growing teams, making a huge impact on HubSpot. You’ll be responsible for developing a truly customer-centric and holistic communications program across all channels helping our customers to connect with the information, and people they need to grow better with HubSpot. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing high-impact work with strong partnerships across several different teams. You’ll develop and create the French customer marketing program focused on customer advocacy, digital demand campaigns, and a delightful customer communications experience.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Develop a customer advocacy program that ideates, creates, and executes content for all customer success stories through various channels to reinforce HubSpot’s core messages and positioning.
  • Plan and create customer content aligned to campaigns and seek to fill known reference gaps.
  • Shape and deliver a customer marketing strategy and plans, creating demand within the customer base.
  • Work together with external partners and other marketing, customer success and sales experts to facilitate customer demand campaign development, execution and optimization.
  • Innovate on programming, experiment and push for world-class communications that break the mold.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communicators with strong attention to detail.
  • Organized in their approach, and able to balance multiple work streams or projects.
  • Analytical and use data to solve problems.
  • Excellent at working with cross-functional teams.
  • Have experience driving outcomes beyond open and click rates.
  • Able to adapt quickly to the evolving needs of a high-growth company.
  • Have the ability to focus on high-impact initiatives to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • French native speaking
