Job description

HubSpot is looking for an International Web Strategy Manager to partner with each of the regional marketing teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience on the website in local languages. In this role, you will help optimize the website for traffic, engagement with content and conversions. You will act as the liaison between the corporate marketing teams, localization and the regional teams. You will work closely with global web strategy, brand, design, UX, and development teams to execute on the highest priority web projects and help regional teams achieve their marketing goals.

This position sits on the Acquisition marketing team and reports to the Sr. Director of Web Strategy.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Provide strategic guidance on delivering a world-class web experience for HubSpot customers and prospects
  • Act as a unifying force across the strategy, International SEO and creative teams to establish best practice standards for web and quarterly optimization program highlights
  • Champion and adhere to editorial best practices and web governance across the organization and regularly educate key stakeholders on this
  • Run Conversion Rate Optimization tests through HubSpot’s testing platforms to improve engagement and demand metrics for each region
  • Work closely with analytics to set KPIs that align to business objectives and continuously monitor and measure performance to drive business outcomes
  • Partner closely with International SEO team to ensure content is optimized for search engines and that SEO traffic is converting to high value actions
  • Utilize strong project management skills and high attention to detail to follow a set timeline, keep projects on track and ensure all elements are in place to launch

We’re looking for people who have the following:

  • 3-5 years experience in digital marketing or website management required
  • Fluency in English and one of the following languages: German, French or Spanish
  • Solid editing skills in English and ability to turn words into good storytelling
  • Background in copywriting, SEO, UX desirable
  • Understanding of A/B and multivariate testing and methodologies
  • Are agile and experimental learner, bringing new ideas to the team and moving at a fast pace to hit aggressive goals
  • Are organized, detail, and process oriented to find inefficiencies and develop repeatable, efficient methods of website management
  • Have the ability to be hands on, with a comfort in driving both strategy and day-to-day execution
  • Comfortable with data and website analytics. Previous experience using Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics a plus.
  • Have a proven ability to work cross-functionally and with external partners or vendors
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to present to a large audience
