The last 18 months have shown that unplanned absences and staff management difficulties have become a major issue for healthcare facilities.

Today, healthcare professionals lack simple and efficient HR tools. Recruitment, replacements, remuneration… managing staff is time-consuming and stressful.

Our mission at Hublo is to create digital tools that make the daily life of healthcare professionals easier, so that they can focus on their own mission: take care of patients.

To keep going with this main goal, we just completed a €22 million Series A round, to :

  • continue technical developments of our product to meet the growing expectations of healthcare facilities
  • launch Hublo in 4 new European countries during the next 18 months, and become the leader in HR management for healthcare facilities in Europe
  • continue to support the 3,200 healthcare facilities that already trust us, and take care of our 430,000 users
  • recruit, by the end of 2023, 200 talents in every department of our company: technical and product development, sales, project management, data, finance, HR, marketing…!

Job description

Hublo is looking for its HR Operations & Payroll Officer (new position) to join its People team.

In a context of hypergrowth (22M€ in series A completed and +100 new Hublers by the end of 2022), you own the excellent delivery of operational HR lifecycle from hiring to offboarding, including preparation of appropriate paperwork, management of payroll and implementation of HR processes.

As a core member of the HR team, your mission is to ensure organizational efficiency while optimizing the employee experience!

Here is a snapshot of the main responsibilities you will have:

  • Monitor all aspects of the employee’s life on a daily basis: leaves, sick leave, health insurance, etc.
  • Assist and advise employees on any questions about internal HR related questions in a timely manner and keep our employees records up to date
  • Manage on a daily basis all admin tasks such as contracts, amendment, employer attestations, meal plan registration, etc.
  • Maintain payroll information up-to-date on our payroll system: Payfit (today) and other providers for futur
  • Ensure the proper functioning of HR tools including our future HRIS and the reliability of data
  • Structure guidelines by developing and updating Hublo’s HR policies and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date on legal aspects and Support the Head of HR to ensure compliance with labor law
  • Lead relations with our external partners and bodies (health insurance company, work medicine, Swile, CPAM, etc.)
  • Perform and maintain monthly HR reportings**

Preferred experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in People Administration function (HR Operations, HR Administration manager, etc)
  • You are organized and able to manage multiple subjects at the same time in autonomy
  • You have a strong communication skills with an ability to build trust-based relationships
  • You are curious and a problem-solver: you quickly understand the different issues at stake and show initiative to avoid getting stuck
  • You are a tool lover and comfortable with Hublo stack : Notion, Slack, Front
  • Proficient in English and some legal background - French native speaker**
