The position

Job description

As the first Hubler dedicated to Spain🇪🇸, your mission will be to make Hublo market entry successful, by understanding the market specific pain points, signing the first customers and making them the best ambassadors of Hublo.

More specifically you will:

  • Research the needs of potential customers, and find out how to create value for them, in order to fine-tune Hublo product-market fit in Spain,
  • Generate your own pipeline by cold calling, emailing, working network, sourcing referrals, attending shows, and be responsible for the sales cycle from A to Z: from the identification of potential new customers, the first contact to the successful conclusion of the deal,
  • Establish and build relationships with high-level interlocutors in hospitals and groups,
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of our product and deliver awe-inspiring product demos,
  • Manage the deployment, adoption and support of the first set of client healthcare facilities,
  • Closely partner with most Hublo HQ functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, …) in order to ensure a seamless and successful customer experience,
  • Leverage our local market experts and consultants who can help open doors.

Preferred experience

  • We are looking for a native Spanish speaker based in Paris,
  • At least 4 years XP as a Country Launcher or as a Sales Developer for Spain ideally in a fast growing SaaS company,
  • An experience with B2B customers is ideal,
  • Previous experience in international development is a plus,
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for early-stage challenges,
  • A competitive and driven one to achieve goals, you are a “Doer”,
  • Ideally someone who already managed a project, a full long sales cycle and complexe negotiations with C-level prospects,
  • We are looking for a very good communicator/speaker (both written and speaking),
  • You enjoy facing challenges and are characterized by perseverance,
  • Data driven & sales oriented mindset,
  • Team player, challenger, coach & feedback provider.
