What you will do:

As part of the Client Implementation Team, you will assist French and International clients with the implementation of their Global Payments Services projects to achieve their goals, in particular to streamline their banking pool, secure their transactions and maximise their excesses cash flow. As part of your work, you will also be required to work on cross-functional Group projects and applications in France.

In this role you will deal with the following tasks:

  • Establishment of project teams and dedicated forms of governance
  • Plan the implementation process of the project life cycle
  • Organise, arrange, and conduct governing steering committees
  • Follow up actions on:
    • Supervise contractual aspects relating to established solutions (account openings, communication channels, centralisation of payables/receivables, SEPA…)
    • Supervise the technical aspects (testing and go-live environments) required for the implementation of purchased solutions
  • Maintain and increase the satisfaction of the client with the HSBC Group


You should apply if you have:
  • High level of Education BAC + 4/5
  • Fluent French, fluent English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet and internal information systems
  • Good commercial qualities and a strong sense of communication
  • Good level of flexibility, a strong sense of organisation, able to adapt, and value the importance of teamwork
