🌟 YOUR ROLE WILL BE

  • Quality Assurance Engineer not act as a gatekeeper, but as a collaborator working with developers and product team to continually improve the product. We want to use automation to accelerate our QA, not to replace it. For us, automation allow QA teams to focus on further, deeper and broader tests.
  • Your main challenge will be to participate in the establishment and the coaching for the quality culture of the company. This covers a large set of activities: mainly looking for the best ways to implement automated tests (performance, functional, security and accessibility).
  • Today, our team is composed by two Quality Assurance Analysts, a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst/Engineer and a Head of Quality (your future manager).
  • You will work with the DEA (Development Efficiency Architecture) Squad which is building our new architecture, on our CI/CD and our tooling.

  • Deliver high quality, tested and maintainable code. 🚀
  • Focus to build strong testing automation.
  • Playwright will be your best friend. 🎭
  • Continuously learn and improve the quality along with the entire engineering team, mentored by talented people. 🏅
  • For sure, you will work more in test code, tooling development, automation, than strategy and planning.
  • Collaborate with developers on designing and implementing new quality practices on the CI.

  • You have significant experience in software quality assurance.
  • You have a strong background on automated end-to-end testing on web app.
  • You know how to write clear, concise and comprehensive tests.
  • You are curious and always want to learn more.
  • You are able to communicate clearly and share your point of view as we move faster as a team.
  • You know how to challenge the tech and product team.
  • You are organized and autonomous.
  • You have great oral and written communication in English. 🇺🇸

  • Deep knowledge of software quality methodologies, tools and processes.
  • Strong experience with automated testing tools.
  • Working experience in an Agile/Scrum development process.
  • You love to improve the quality of a product, the user experience and the reliability of a system.
