🌟YOUR ROLE WILL BE :

As a member of our scale-up sales team, you’ll play an integral role in building the foundation for our success, and help us build our core business working with B2B, Not-For-Profits, and Higher Education in the UK and Ireland. You will represent Hivebrite and demonstrate relentless customer focus by managing all aspects of the client relationship, including prospecting, qualification, and driving the sales process through successful close.   

You’ll need to know the ins-and-outs of Hivebrite, be able to demonstrate our capabilities and benefits to our prospects, and serve as an evangelist within the community marketplace.  You’ll have an opportunity to contribute significantly to our future success, and create many happy customers, with highly engaged and active communities.  

Your role will be to develop the UK & Ireland markets by working with our marketing and business development teams and driving new sales revenue by building and maintaining relationships with a set of accounts located in the UK & Ireland, across many vertical markets and industries.

🌟YOUR MISSION WILL BE:

  • Sell our solution with a consultative approach to demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects
  • Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on needs in a client-facing environment
  • Negotiate complex deals 
  • Qualify, and nurture leads, so as to build, manage and close a healthy sales pipeline
  • Manage and track customer information, activities, pipeline metrics and accurate forecasts in Salesforce
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with customers
  • Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales quota 
  • Work cross-functionally bottom-up and top-down with customer success, marketing, and business development teams to provide key market feedback and help shape our fast-growing trajectory
  • Participate in team building and company events
  • 🌟YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF:

  • You have a very high professional working proficiency in English
  • Able to travel domestically and internationally, as needed (including to the Hivebrite HQ in Paris)
  • 5+ years of success in SaaS B2B sales experience, selling into the UK and/or Ireland 
  • Start-up / Scale up experience
  • Bachelors Degree or related field
  • Prior experience in providing client-facing software demos and the ability to learn new concepts quickly
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and persuasive skills; loves to compete and win
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Strong team player and self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Assertive, passionate, and takes consultative approach with internal and external stakeholders
  • Salesforce experience and experience in evangelising or managing “community software” are a big plus
