The position

Job description

What we are looking for.

  • You have 1+ years of recruiting experience, and active sourcing with a focus on engineering roles.
  • You hold a university degree in social studies, psychology, marketing, communication or a similar subject.
  • You have an open attitude, are empathetic and a strong communicator. Your positive nature is motivating for the people around you.
  • You have management skills with a proven track record of building trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers.
  • You are confident in boolean search, working with MS Office, and Application Tracking System, e.g., Greenhouse.
  • Thanks to your organizational skills, you remain calm and keep an overview even in turbulent times without losing sight of your goals: you love structure and planning.
  • You are fluent in English; German or any other language is a plus.

What you will do.

  • You will be a part of our Tech Talent Acquisition team and will take responsibility for full-cycle recruiting, from creating job profiles to active sourcing, interviewing and contract negotiating.
  • You will support us to set up and realize short- and long-term recruiting strategies.
  • You will be significantly involved in the development and expansion of our organization and an important part of our future national and international growth.
