💼 What you’ll do

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer. This is a unique opportunity to join the latest eFounders project as the first Engineer and have a huge impact on the product and technical stack.

You will work closely with Louis, our CTO, and eFounders’ Product team to build a world class platform from scratch.

Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain and test product features end to end, from the user interface to the REST APIs
• Contribute to design, implementation and documentation of the entire technical stack
• Work closely with the founders and product team to shape the platform
• Keep Delteer’s technical stack up-to-date with industry standards and technology developments.
• Hire, mentor, and manage the frontend tech team, to allow them to grow and give their full potential

• 5+ years in full stack development: experience working with React, Typescript, DBMS, Python (Django is a plus)
• Ownership mentality: you are a doer and have a bias for action, no task is below you. You like to own projects from start to finish
• Long-term vision: you know how to set best practices to ensure code quality, reusability and maintenance in the long run
• Management skills: you like to engage in the mentoring and training of more junior tech profiles (code review, peer programing, coaching)
• Entrepreneurial mindset: you thrive in fast-paced environments where you have broad responsibilities. You are ambitious and want to take a part in the development of a world-class product and company
• Problem solver: you know how to deconstruct complex problems to use appropriate technologies to meet requirements
• Team player: you perform well in a group and enjoy sharing knowledge with your peers

• Backend: **Python, Django, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, OpenSearch, DynamoDB, Thirds party APIs (Discord, etc.)
• Frontend: **React, React Native, Typescript, Chart.js / Detroit.js
• Infra: **AWS Serverless (Lambda, Eventbridge, Fargate - CDK Python), Docker
• Monitoring: Datadog, Sentry
• Version control: **Gitlab
