🎯 The Role

We are looking for an Operations Intern to join our core team and work directly with our Head of Ops and Founders.

You will help build and scale the operational backbone of Annette — from patient onboarding to doctor management and care delivery.

What you’ll do:

1. Build and optimize operations

• Help structure our operational processes and playbooks (onboarding, follow-up, logistics, data).

• Identify friction points and propose solutions to improve quality and efficiency.

• Support day-to-day coordination between the Care, Medical, and Product teams.

2. Monitor performance

• Track and analyze KPIs (conversion, utilization, no-show, churn, satisfaction).

• Maintain dashboards and extract insights to guide decisions and spot improvement opportunities.

3. Support scaling initiatives

• Contribute to new initiatives: automation, tool integrations, operational experiments.

• Collaborate with Product and Tech to turn manual workflows into scalable systems.

• Take part in the onboarding of new doctors and experts.

4. Bring structure & execution

• Document, organize, follow up. You’ll be the “ops backbone” ensuring projects move forward.

• Prepare reports and materials for team rituals, investors, and care operations.

• You’re structured, analytical, and curious, with a strong ability to learn fast.

• You love solving problems and making things work better & you find satisfaction in process and precision.

• You’re not afraid to get your hands dirty, to dig into data or call a doctor to fix an issue.

• You’re fluent in French and comfortable in English.

• Bonus: first experience in startup, consulting, or operations.
