    Job description

    The Fashion digital performance intern will be part of the Client Strategy team. The CS team is the direct link with clients: its missions are to build, grow and deepen customer relationships to ensure clients’ are being successful in their use of Heuritech Solutions.
    CS team’s activities include on-boarding, support, account management, strategic analysis on identified hot topics for clients, as well as developing a culture of customer success within the company, providing business requirements on product, data and AI modules roadmap.

    Within this team, your role will be to operationally and strategically support the CS managers on a daily basis, help them identify new value added content to suggest to clients and contributes to several market researches.
    Your main, but not limited, roles will be the following:

    • Design and redaction of monthly newsletters in order to boost clients platform connection
    • Operational support in day to day CSM tasks & client support (Instagram researches and targeting, design of clients analysis based on data )
    • Collaboration with tech teams on quality check processes & follow up on clients’ requests execution

    Preferred experience

    Skills we are looking for

    • Master level or equivalent from Business or Fashion School
    • Gap year internship
    • French native, Fluent in English
    • Willing to work in the fast-paced environment of a startup
    • Knowledge in Fashion industry or Social Media is a plus
    • Excel & PowerPoint expertise
