As the Chief of Staff, you will work intimately with the exco and the CEO.

Your mission: to bolster and challenge him on pivotal topics to scale Hero. By being proactive, you will ensure the alignment and coherence of the various roles and departments within the company in accordance with the strategy rolled out. As a true business partner, you will provide both strategic support and operational performance, ensuring the smooth organization within the management team.

As a Chief of Staff, your missions will be to:

• Participate in the definition of our strategy and implement it :

  • Analyze market dynamics (e.g. market sizes and growth by segment, competitor monitoring, new trends)

  • Help fuel product strategy and country expansion by conducting targeted market studies in collaboration with the sales and product teams

• Help in financial planning & performance management:

  • Be a key contributor in the definition of our business plan and help conduct budget/actual comparisons

  • Help create dashboards with our BI team to better analyze operational performance and help us react quickly

  • Manage the Quarterly Business Review process (e.g. centralize objectives of team leads, conduct review meetings)

  • Ensure the decisions and corrective measures are effectively implemented with team leads (organize debriefings, track progress).

  • Manage and update the consolidated roadmap

• Manage adhoc task forces on strategic projects to be defined with the CEO (e.g. strategic partners, potential M&A opportunities)

Your Profile? 🦸

• A graduate from an engineering or business school with over 5 years of experience in a leading strategy consulting firm or in a similar role. Experience in FinTech or financial services is a plus.

• A decisive leader, unafraid to make impactful business decisions and take responsibility for them.

• With excellent interpersonal skills, you can motivate and engage the team in the defined strategy.

• A problem solver: highly independent and capable of autonomously managing complex projects.

• An entrepreneurial mindset: you thrive on starting from scratch and thinking outside the box.

• Agile and flexible: you easily adapt to a fast-paced and high-growth environment.

• Additional technical skills in data analysis are highly valued.

• Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
