Job description

General Role

The Sales Support contributes to the business of the store delivering an exceptional customer service experience to our clients and ensuring an optimal management of the store’s daily back-office operations to support selling teams.

Main responsibilities

- Welcoming the clients, showing an active role on the selling floor;
  • Delivering quality and consistency of service to develop client relationships and sales services;
  • Receiving, sorting items and processing all incoming products, including returns;
  • Managing local and international transfers requests between stores;
  • Managing E-reservations, grouping products and checking deadlines;
  • Organizing stock spaces, ensuring tidiness and efficiency, in order to optimize flows and facilitate the Sales Team;
  • Effecting replenishment of products in every area, maintaining an organized environment;
  • Packaging and preparing product deliveries for all Métiers;
  • Email Marketing for customer.

    Objectives/Goals

    The ideal candidate must have:
  • Experience of at least one year in a similar job or in store environment, preferably in companies operating in the Retail / Luxury Goods;
  • Fluency in Italian and English;
  • Proficiency with excel and IT Tools.
