About the role: 

Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for reporting and analyzing our operational performance (costs, errors, efficiency), automating and strengthening our processes, and conducting in-depth analysis to optimize the efficiency of our supply chain.

You will support the wider operations team in order to find the origin of complex problems through in-depth and rigorous analysis. In collaboration with our global OpsBI team, you will also prepare data visualization tools to make data accessible to all, and facilitate decision-making.

• Conduct in-depth analyzes from existing data and dashboards highlighting potential performance levers and areas for improvement.
• Support the team in the analysis and reporting of the main KPIs, including costs, quality, efficiency, errors, supplier service rate, optimization of stocks and ingredients, etc.
• Support in the budgeting process for operations, building detailed, robust and flexible multivariate budgets to feed our business plans
• Suggest potential experiments and drive testing analysis across our customer experience and supply chain, reinforcing our testing & continuous improvement culture 
• Work with the global Ops BI team and local data analysts in other functions (growth, product, logistics), to leverage existing tools and expertise, and drive common projects
• Identify gaps in the current database, and implement suggestions for long term improvement, in order to make your analysis work efficient and scalable
• Work closely with the finance department to improve the invoice payment process as well as accurate actual/accrual reporting
• Together with ops function leaders (procurement, logistics, customer care, quality, production), identify where we can optimize & strengthen key existing tools / processes.

What we are looking for: 

• Top Business or Engineering School
• You are data-oriented: you know how to organize, explore and synthesize unstructured data in order to transform them into actionable items and draw operational action plans
• You are logical, methodical and structured in your approach to the toughest data issues
• Excellent command of Excel and SQL, knowledge of Tableau is a plus.
• Proactive and in constant search of improvement and learning
• You have an ability to manage priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• You learn in the heat of the moment, you are dynamic, autonomous and adaptable
• You pay particular attention to detail: you have excellent organizational skills and an extremely methodical approach to your work
