The 8th edition of our Global Summit is taking place in Paris in March 2023 and it’s waiting for you!
We are constantly looking for the most inspiring and bold scientists, entrepreneurs, though-leaders, all contributing to build a more desirable future for our planet and human health.
We are now looking for a program coordinator who will be responsible for designing a great program on two of our main stages, as well as reaching out to speakers and being responsible of their onboarding. You will also be supervising speaker logistics and you’ll count with the help of an intern.
The opportunity to stay in the long run within Hello Tomorrow is also open.

Hello Tomorrow is on a mission to accelerate deep tech innovation to tackle our toughest global challenges.
With 22 people in Paris, and representatives in several other countries, we are building and engaging a worldwide community of startups, corporations, and investors. We organize leading events in deep tech, inspiring and connecting thousands of people every year. And in the last 3 years we have developed a fast-growing and impactful strategy and innovation consulting activity.
WHAT DO WE DO IN A NUTSHELL
We organise startup competitions and events to build a collaborative ecosystem → We power startup competitions and acceleration programs worldwide. Our flagship competition, the Hello Tomorrow Global Challenge, received over its last 7 editions more than 25,000 applications from 132 countries. The Deep Tech Days and the Global Summit are the most famous deep tech events for startups, investors, and corporations. Most of our audience join our flagship event to get inspired, discoverb the main deep tech trends and make valuable connections.
We provide strategy & innovation consulting and services → Leveraging our collaborative network, we help private & public organisations understand how deep tech will impact their value chain, and leverage deep tech to strengthen their core business or build new positions. We have different programs and offers designed to empower them in their innovation journey.
WHAT WILL YOUR ROLE BE?
Your activities will look as follow:
1/ SPEAKER IDENTIFICATION & REACHOUT
Your challenge -> Find the most inspiring and groundbreaking speakers for our Global Summit.
Program Design
Contribute in defining the sessions, topics and sub-topics to be tackled in our Frontier and Deep Tech Academy Stage
Speakers outreach
Identify scientists, successful entrepreneurs, investors, industry leaders and politics who are finding solutions to the greatest challenges of our time
Reach out to speakers and secure their attendance
2/ SPEAKER LOGISTICS SUPERVISION
Your challenge -> Make sure our speakers have the greatest experience possible.
Manage the Speakers onboarding, follow-up and logistics
Ensure we gather all important information about speakers (bios, pictures, admin documents…)
Supervise the team member who will be managing the speakers travels, accommodations and logistics
Organize side-activities for speakers during their stay and help them make the most out of their participation (go-between with journalists, other speakers, participants…)
3/ PROGRAM STORYTELLING
Your challenge -> Create a compelling and inspiring narrative around the Global Summit program
Support the communications team in writing interviews, articles or social media posts about the program and the speakers before and after the event
4/ OTHER TASKS
Update and nurture our database
YOUR PROFILE
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
At least 4 years of experience in marketing and communications functions (ideally in a fast paced environment).
KNOW-HOW YOU’RE BRINGING TO THE TEAM
Experience in designing an event program or reaching out to and managing speakers would be a plus but not mandatory
