1 open position :
6-month paid internship in Paris, starting in October 2022

What will you do?

We organise startup competitions and events to build a collaborative ecosystem → We power startup competitions and acceleration programs worldwide. Our flagship competition, the Hello Tomorrow Global Challenge, received over its last 7 editions more than 25,000 applications from 132 countries. The Deep Tech Days (incl. the Global Summit) are the most famous deep tech events for startups, investors, and corporations.
We provide strategy & innovation consulting and services → Leveraging our collaborative network, we help private & public organisations understand how deep tech will impact their value chain, and leverage deep tech to strengthen their core business or build new positions. We have different programs and offers designed to empower them in their innovation journey.
WHAT WILL YOUR ROLE BE?

Working with our Events Manager, your role will be to provide support with the operations and organisation of the Summit and side events, as well as ensuring the ticketing follow-up. Your daily missions will be as follows:

Ticketing Platform
Answering emails from attendees.
Generating promo codes and following-up on tickets booked by the partners.
Operating the attendee lists for side-events.
Preparing weekly data analysis of the tickets and attendees.

Event Coordination
Supporting the making off of the Global Summit, Investor Day and Financing the Future in close coordination with the Event Manager.
Benchmarking suppliers and classifying quotes & invoices.
Following up with suppliers of the event.
Working closely with the graphic designer to develop the artworks for the events (print and digital).
Developing exhibitor kits
Liaising with exhibitors and providing operational support.
Coordinating with the Hello Tomorrow team on their needs at the Summit and making sure everything is taken care of.
Carefully supervising onsite event preparations.
Supporting the preparation of the runsheets.
Assisting in the preparation of the post event report.

At the Summit
Making sure all exhibitors are content and providing support when needed.
Coordinating with the catering to make sure operations are running smoothly and according to plan.
Liaising with the AV team in case any technical issues arise.
Supporting the HT team with any changes needed regarding the set-up of the rooms, the schedules, the catering…
Making sure all the production teams have the updated runsheets of the different stages.


Preferred experience

Who are you?

  • You are eligible to receive a convention de stage.
  • Must be available from October until the end of March
  • You are bilingual in French and English.
  • You have excellent communication skills and are able to address different stakeholders.
  • You have good time-management and organisational skills.
  • You’re a multitasker.
  • You have a VERY strong attention to details.
  • You’re enthusiastic and willing to learn.
  • You’re resourceful and like to solve problems.
  • You know your way around the G Suite (Google docs, sheets, etc.) and are good with Excel.
  • You have previous experience in event organisation.
