We’re a team of two based in Brno taking care of important global products that ensure the smooth business running for Heidelberg Cement Group. We’re looking for a colleague who’s going to own process mining activities within our company. While we already implemented process mining in our company, we are looking for you to deepen our understanding in it and be able to assist our business to spot performance gaps within our processes. You will cooperate with experts from different areas, which is going to help to deepen your knowledge in various directions.

What will you do

Handling requests to change data models will be your daily routine for now. At this point we’re using the tool named Celonis EMS and you’ll act as a Solution Owner of the Process Mining. As you would be working closely with business partners and product owners, you’ll be collecting the requirements from them and, ideally proactively, enhancing the processes to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently. You understand the possibilities and boundaries of process mining in general ideally paired with some proper hands-on SAP knowledge to own this area from a technical perspective. Your job will have a great impact on the HeidelbergCement Group business.

You are experienced in:
• Process mining and business process management
• SAP administration consultancy
• Basics of SQL, preferably SQL in Vertica

What is beneficial:
• Additional experience in the purchase-to-pay business process area or robotic process automation
