Work/life balance is part of our daily missions. You'll have the chance to work in an international environment with interesting challenges. You will be based in our headquarter in Paris.

What will be your role?

As an autonomous Junior Systems Administrator & IT Support, you will have the unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact, help the company to sustain growth, learn and develop from a bunch of smart people and in turn become exceptional in your role.

You’ll work closely with all business areas to efficiently identify, solve problems either handling them yourself or escalating to other teams, suppliers or partners.

Not being satisfied with this you'll actively hunt problems we didn’t know existed. You’ll spot trends and patterns, update processes and implement clean solutions before the issues arise.

Due to the nature of this role, this position is based in our Paris office (1 day per week of remote work is ok).

You will help us to manage, maintain and improve the performance and reliability of our current IT systems, as well as providing exceptional customer service. You will also automate, administer and play nicely with all our existing systems.

• Design all the hardware processes (purchase requests, support, ...).

• Provide top notch software & hardware support to the team.

Who are you?

Empathetic: You can put yourself in the shoes of another. You thrive on helping people.

Resourceful: There is always a solution, not finding one keeps you up at night.

Innovative: You challenge the status quo, there are always better ways and you look for them.

Adaptive: You are quick on your feet and always find a way to adapt to unexpected situations.

Communicative: You know how and when to speak up.

What do you need to be successful in this role?

• You have Diploma or certification - BTS (2-year study) in Network administration, IT Certifications or a Degree in Computer Science.

• You have a first experience (could be an internship) in a technical support role and understand the importance of using a ticket based management system.

• You have some experience in troubleshooting a variety of client, mobile and cloud applications (Google, Okta, Zendesk, Slack Twilio, SaaS solutions, etc.).

• You have some admin experience with Jamf (MDM), OS X, Apple Apps and software.

• You have some knowledge of how computers and networks work ((TCP/IP, VLAN, VOIP) and OSI model.

• You have a strong "can do" attitude with an aptitude to learn and support new products and systems (hardware & software).

• You care about your team and are always ready to help.

• You are extremely organized and rigorous.

• You are fluent in English and have been exposed to international environments.

• You’re not too proud to unblock the printer or help colleagues with reasonable tasks.

Bonus points:

• You have prior exposure to startup environments

• API knowledge, scripting and coding skills (you can talk to API’s and they talk back).

• Good awareness of IT Best Practice for IT & User Security.

• Ability to develop scripts and automate the implementation of Mac platform software security tools, certificate renewals, and MFA
