YOUR ROLE @GROWTH MARKETING TEAM

— As part of the Global Marketing team, you will be responsible for improving and executing the passenger and driver relationship strategy in order to improve activation, retention and reactivation of our drivers and passengers across all of Heetch's markets (France, Belgium, Algeria, Morocco, Angola), with the mission to scale our CRM programs to the next level. Executing this strategy well will involve strong technical, creative and strategic thinking as you develop ways to engage users across all our markets. You will be both hands-on and collaborating with Analytics, Operations, Brand, Engineering, and Product teams. Ideally, you're equally a growth marketer, a business analyst, and a business strategist, who always starts from the customer all the way back to CRM programs and campaigns. We're looking for someone who gets out of bed every day thinking about new ways to grow the business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Your missions will vary from the strategic to the operational. You will use your excellent communication skills to ensure that Heetch can produce campaigns that generate real business value.

• Own the user lifecycle from end-to-end, from start of the application through to retention, loyalty and reactivation.

• Deeply understand our passenger & drivers, and see what keeps them on the platform, what makes them more engaged, and what make them churn.

• Be responsible for performance against key top-line business KPIs including frequency of usage and retention.

• Manage a small but potentially growing CRM team to achieve business targets and help in delivering compelling campaigns and value to our users.

• Work hand-in-hand with UA managers and Head of Growth to build a consistent acquisition to retention strategy.

With the help of the Operations and the Brand teams, develop the CRM strategy to make users fond of Heetch.

• Own CRM budget and manage creative and technical resources to ensure objectives are met

• Lead by example by building, testing, approving, sending and running impactful CRM campaigns and automations by email, push notifications, in-app messages, and other channels.

• Be a champion for high quality campaigns with great brand, tone and customer-centric value

• Deep dive into data insights, and help develop the analytical frameworks and metrics to measure performance, understand key variables, and improve campaign effectiveness.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to continuously improve our CRM technology (Braze), tools and processes.

• Build from scratch and lead a team of talented growth marketers, helping to define priorities, develop analytical capacity, run experiments and maximize the potential of each member of the team.

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

• 6-7+ years experience with at least 2-3 years in Growth Marketing, preferably in a high growth company

• Experience using Customer Engagement Platform (Braze, Iterable…), multichannel and mobile messagings

• Proven experience in creating and implementing growth strategies that significantly increase user retentionProven experience managing and growing a team

• Experience owning and managing a budget, creating forecasts and models for program performance and costLeader: you demonstrated ability to lead and influence teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment

• Demonstrated track record in growth experimentation and funnel optimization

• Strong analytical background, self-sufficient with SQL and reportingEnjoys diving deep into the data to solve problems and understand the details

• Expert at project management, able to independently manage multiple projects at various stages at one time

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Creative: You find innovative ways to solve complex problems

• You don’t fold under pressure; in fact, you thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

BONUS if:

• You have prior exposure to startup environments

• You’ve already worked on mobile CRM, and have experienced Braze

• You have some coding knowledge (eg HTML5, CSS3…)

• You have some experience in project management and you can manage multiple projects at various stages in one time
