Who are we? 

Heetch is a French start-up which offers a mobile application allowing you to order, in real time, a professional driver in order to move quickly and in a friendly atmosphere. Initially present in France and Belgium, the service has developed internationally since the end of 2017, in Africa in particular in partnership with taxi drivers.  

Our goal is simple: to make mobility accessible and user-friendly!

Heetch Geneva is a mobility app with a simple mission: we want people to go from one point to another in the city. The main goal of the team is to bring the community of drivers and passengers together in order to make their rides unforgettable and friendly in Geneva! What will be your role?  

By joining Heetch Geneva as the Business developer, your role will be crucial to launch and grow our business there.

•   Acquisition (how to find new drivers): Handling and making sure our acquisition channels are optimized and developing new ones. Handling the driver sign-up and training process.

•   Retention (make the drivers stay on Heetch): make the driver behavior better as well as their life on Heetch. 

•   Driver care: We are really close to our drivers, and this is why they have a huge engagement and are true Heetch ambassadors. You will answer their needs and questions and will help them give the best customer experience in their car.

•   Passenger Care: Our objective is to make mobility more accessible and friendly, this is why passenger well-being is crucial. We do everything to make the Heetch experience unique. You will answer our passengers’ needs on Zendesk, phone calls and social media.

•   Managing our Geneva Community. Drivers and passengers will make a Heetch Community in Geneva and you will be in charge of managing it by working with social media and other channels (online and offline).    

Who are you?  

• Excellent writing skills. You will be the touching point of our users and the image of Heetch. 

• Excellent interpersonal skills. You like human contact and can adapt to the person you’re talking to.

•Organized and thorough. You can multitask and prioritize. And if you have an analytical mind and like figures, this is even better.

• Be empathetic and patient. You can help and solve other people’s issues.

•Autonomous. You will regularly be on your own in Geneva

•You are fluent in both french and english, german is a plus.
